![]() | Hi, fiestas. The rating of the salad dressings depends on the type of fat, as well as amount of sugar and salt. If you elect those based on olive or other healthy oils, with minimal sugar and salt (and more emphasis on seasonings), you’ll do fine. |
![]() | 1)Does the rating for salad dressing depend on grams of fat, grams of sugar or calories? There must be a way to judge between the various salad dressings isnt there?\\ |
![]() | Hi, fiestas. The items in the Menu Planner are listed as absolutes, and the amounts are given by the user’s individual stats. The salad dressings are generally in the mid-to-high blues. |
![]() | Can you add the following items to the menu planner: 1/4 cup of egg substitute so it could get a very light blue rating, 1/4 and 1/2 cup crackling oat bran. There must be some salad dressings that would get a very light blue rating aren’t there? How about 1 tsp or 1 tbs vinaigrette dressing for salads since all the listed salad dressings seem to be a darker blue rating. How would 5 oz of greek fat free yogurt be rated? hopefully get a light blue rating. |
![]() | thanks for the response of how to find the menu history- got it. Another question from a week ago. What quantity of almonds, cashews, peanuts and walnuts = 1/2 oz. Many recipes and snacks have 1/2 of various nuts. I don’t have a scale. Also is soy milk is one of the 5 things never to eat what about soy protein powder and edemame? |

![]() | I am new here today and I am very confused. There is a lot to figure out. I’m not even sure where to start and I don’t have many of the things that are on the menus. I am a little overwhelmed. Any suggestions would be nice. Thanks, Lynn |
![]() | Hi everyone. |
![]() | hi everyone. I am new today. I am excited to get going. It makes so much sense but after looking over my menu I am feeling like there are some things I would never eat. |
![]() | Hi, Meplus3. Are you referring to the “health bar” in the Menu Planner? If so, it is an granola- or candy-type bar designed to improve health. We recommend those with whole food ingredients and very little added sugar, such as Pure Bar (you don’t need to buy that specific type, just look at the ingredients to get an idea of what we recommend). |
![]() | Hi again, fiestas. To view your personalized menu plan, follow these steps: 1. Go to https://www.trimdownclub.com Best 😉 |
![]() | Christy, when I click on aps there is no bar with menu history, etc. It says something like “before you start” and has the video on that page after I click on apps. There must be more steps to get to the menu bar with menu history? Need help |
![]() | Hi fiestas, To get to your previously created menus, simply click on Apps, and then click on the Menu History Button. A list will appear with all of your menus sorted by the date they were created. Click on View to the right of the menu you wish to see. Best 🙂 |
