| | Man, I’m really messing this up! It’s https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists. |
| | Hello it’s lindy1086 again. Sorry the link was slightly wrong. |
| | Hello anyone new to this! I started today, and I’m from the UK!! |
| | Hi Simeoli, please don’t give up. Remember: There is always a way. |
| | Reading the above messages I feel that I am going to be okay with this. It isn’t a diet,as we know diets, it’s a way of understanding how food can benefit us, I get that. Wish me luck. My dog Super Jane needs more exercise… that will also help me. There is nothing cute about a fat Chihuahua. LOL. |
| | Hi kknaup I’m going to weigh in on Friday too. |
| | Hi, UK users. Try this resource here for where to buy the foods: https://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk. The foods are from around the world but lesser known because they are less mass-produced – that is their advantage, because they are less manipulated and so more nutritious and supportive of healthy weight management. |
| | Uk people dont give up!! I think it is a much better option that weight watchers, sliming club or Atkins, I have tried them all. This is really working for me as I am too busy to go to clubs and counting things and working out ‘colour days’ does my head in. |
| | Try and bear with it, I am in the UK, joined 3 weeks ago and it is working well for me. I have spent a lot of time in the US and understand what some of the alternatives are. When you come across something unusual, just try and work out what the nearest thing to it would be in the UK e.g Granola = Muesli, and use Tofu instead of Edamame etc. Just ask for ideas. Everyone sounds very helpful. |
| | Hi I a new to this trimdownclub and live in the uk I beginning to think I’ve made a mistake joining due to the foods you cannot find any help will be appreciated thanks |
| | Hello, I thought this healthy eating plan sounded good so joined but it is obviously not meant for us in the UK. Most of the things in the recipes we cannot get in this country nor have ever heard of. You need to cater for the British market!! Also does one cup of whatever “cooked” mean one cup cooked or one cup raw. |
| | Hi there. I am just trying to take all this info in. Its a lot! But I am taking a couple days to understand it and starting with my official weigh in this Friday. Good Luck to you 🙂 |
| | hiya, Im a newbe too. 🙂 |
