Hi, AP20. Sort of – it is a source of high-fructose corn syrup, one of the artificial sweeteners that are collectively considered a “food to avoid”.

Hi, Funkadelicstarshine. What we recommend avoiding is regular “whole wheat bread” that often contains refined flours, sweeteners, and fats. The bread you eat sounds perfect.

I am a bit confused. We’re told to avoid whole wheat bread, but then told we can eat it, but just in the right way? What does that mean? Can it be eaten in moderation? Also I have found it hard to get hold of whole gran bread this week, even my ‘Organic Sunflower Seed Bread’ (Mestemacher brand) says wholeMEAL rye bread, although it seems pack full of grains and sunflower seed. Is this the right bread to be eating?

On a similar note,I am receiving many emails with nutritional information that is only accessible if you can listen to (unknown length) videos with no pause facility or rewind. Is there a way to get this info in a simpler way?

Hi, MichelineA. The following are the 5 foods to avoid:
1. Artificial sweeteners
2. Regular margarine
3. Regular “whole” wheat bread
4. Regular preserved orange juice
5. Non-organic and processed soy

Can anyone tell me the 5 foods to avoid.
I do not wish to read through page after page for the answer and I do not need an explaination for why each food should be avoided.
Thank you from someone that only deals in answers and not the reason why.
