Hi, Dernice. Sorry! I wasn’t clear enough. Those are the vegetables to eat less of – they may interfere with your medication.

Hi, Dernicehinds. Hopefully you are being followed by a health care provider. Are you receiving thyroid replacement therapy? If so, but you are still struggling to manage your weight, it may be good to consider having the medication adjusted. You might also wish to consider eating very little of “goitrogenic” foods such as cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower), mustard greens, kale, bok choy, soy products, turnips, rutabaga, kohlrabi, and radishes.
