Hi, Wivert. If you have been on deprivation diets before, it may take your body a while to get used to eating normally again. If this is the case, 3/4 pound is not bad. However, since the food is too much for you, you can cut back a little, as long as you don’t go back to deprivation diet levels and do not get hunger; also be sure to get at least 5 total servings of fruit+vegetables and 3 servings of calcium sources each day.

My husband and I started the Quick Menu one week ago. He lost 4 lbs. I put on 3/4 of a pound – not happy! What am I doing wrong. I also find the amount of food too much – more than I ever ate before.
