Hi, Dawn. The challenge there is that the fruits are usually in the snacks. We recommend that if you need to remove the snacks that you find a way to get a total of at least 5 fruits+vegetables per day. Also, beware of hunger if you’re missing those snacks. Some of our other members with a similar issue have found that packing shakes or soups into thermoses to drink when at work or otherwise on-the-go can make it work – you can find these in our Recipes section under “Drinks” and “Soups” (don’t worry about the specific ingredients not being in your menu).

I work 40 hours a week and doing the snacks recommended to me in my meal planning is somewhat impossible to eat at work. Can I remove snacks from my meal planner?
