Hi, 3mmaes. We mean plain, but you can use your fruit exchanges to flavor it (with a good natural sweetener, of course). This will give you a much better metabolic edge over the pre-flavored types.

when you say to eat Greek Yogurt, can it be flavored, such as the chocolate raspberry, or coconut or must it be the plain greek yogurt?
