Hi, barrtu56. It is a rather general term referring to bars that are sources of protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and even phytonutrients. We encourage you to seek ones with minimal added sugar, no hydrogenated fats, and no artificial ingredients.

What constitutes a “health bar”? I could not find anything on the site describing it.
