Well it’s about time I take control of my weight.tired of playing yoyo with myself. Not on a diet anymore just good healthy eating and getting my groove back.

I am with you! Only want to lose about 10lb but raring to go. Did my weekly shop today lots of salad with fish or chicken to go with it. Always porridge for breakfast with unsweetened almond milk and a drizzle of honey. Have a good smoothie maker so mid morn have a veg and fruit smoothie no milk just water. Humus and rice cake for lunch. All seems good but cannot have my cuppa without sugar whoops just one spoon with unrefined sugar. Do Pilates yoga Zumba and walk the dogs so if this does not work I give up!!! Good luck everyone.

Don’t know what to say. I’m 60 years old and I thought I was eating healthy for the most part . I do except the extras an d the portion size. So where do I start? I had a bowl of cheerios with skim milk(unmeasured) at 9:30 and nothing since. I took time out to check my e-mail and I need to leave for work in 15 minutes. No time to eat a light lunch. What should I do in this case. Leftovers for dinner(broccoli, chicken and rice small portion and then 100cal pack of pretzels with yogurt. Know this is not as healthy as it should be but I am trying. Need to shop for healthy meals . need liost. where to begin. Need your help and support.please email me dorojoey @ aol.com
