Hi, dorojoey. I would suggest reading the Quick Start Guide (in my downloads above) – it will help you through. August is 3 months away – if you find a way to incorporate exercise into your plan, it can make a big difference. I can also work with you along the way, if you wish.

I’m lost with the menu planner and shopping list and basically where to get started. Have cut back and am eating the healthiest I know how. It’s just not good enough. I have lost but would like to lose more. and I know your suppose to lose slow but I am going to a wedding in August and just can’t wait.
