| | I can’t find Rhubarb or swede on any of the lists. I wondered if swede was the similar in value to a turnip? How much rhurbarb on it’s own with some stevia in is a portion? The other thing I was thinking of doing so it isn’t so sharp is to add either sultanas or dried dates to it when I cook it what would that do to the quantity per serving? |
