Foods listed by food group with values

 | Is there a place to go to get lists of food by the food group (carbs, protein, etc) that also lists the values (for example the amount of carbs and fats in crackers). I ask because I would rather make up my own menu than have the computer make one up for me. Thanks, Jacky |
