| | Hi, MrsMarcrum. I’m sorry to read you’re not sleeping. A good snack would be something with calcium (like dairy or nuts) and a carbohydrate (like crackers). Some recent research has also suggested tart cherries to be good – the research was mostly done on the juice, but if you can eat the whole fruit, that is best (even in a jar). |
| | Now that I am eating good and have been following my menu. I have so much energy that I cannot get a good nights rest. It’s not anxious, it’s all natural energy. Is there something I can eat for my evening snack that might help me rest?? I know not getting good sleep can make you gain. So that is why I’m concerned. |
