Hi, Juanita. Fish oil is actually not recommended for cooking. If you are interested in buying it to take as a supplement, you can reach customer service through the “Contact Us” link below, and they will help you. If you want to cook with oils rich in other omega-3 fatty acids, you can choose from organic canola or rapeseed oil, perilla oil, camelina oil, or mustard seed oil, which are generally sold at health-oriented shops such as Whole Foods Market.

Okay. Thank you for the advice. 🙂

Hi, classarche. Flaxseed does provide some omega-3, though it is the precursor type rather than the particularly advantageous fish type. If you cannot use fish oi, flax and chia seed can be excellent. I also suggest looking into algae-based DHA and EPA supplements.

Fish Oil makes my face break out. Can I have flaxseed instead?
