I use light vanilla almond breeze in my coffee gives me the added flavor with out all the extra bad stuff. and I use stevia for a sweeter. I need my coffee in the morning but I don’t count it as water intake. I use a 48 oz water bottle during the day and drink it through out the day refilling it at least once a day.

Hi, Ruby. For the most part that is true, but not entirely, since it can still be cleanshing.

Hi, Cheryl. We don’t recommend fat-free half-and-half because it is processed in a way that can work against your goals here. Something like low-fat (2%) milk is better.

I have heard that coffee and tea are diuretics, so don’t count as part of the water requirement. Is this true?

I also use Stevia as a sweetener for my coffee and I use fat free Half and Half. Does anyone else use a fat free Half and Half?

You can use Stevia.

Stevia is a very healthy sweetener. I don’t see why you could not use it for tea. Since I started I been using stevia as a substitute sweetener for a lot of stuff. You can use it for coffee too. I would just recommend skim milk, or coconut milk for the creamer.

Do coffee and green tea count as part of the 10 cups of water? How many ounces in a glass as needed? Is stevia a good sweetener for green tea or is it not good to use?
