Have any of you tried the 7-minute scientific workout? It gets good reviews. I just downloaded one of the many free apps for it on to my ipad. I’m going to try to do it when I wake up in the morning for the duration of the 60 day challenge to supplement my regular workouts…I guess it can’t hurt. I always say “I never regret the workout I did”

Pushups are good and so are planks. When my kids were young, I used to do Body electric on tv. I think she is still on there – you may want to check it out. It’s free and she changes it up everyday so you get overall body workout by end of week.

Thank you ladies 🙂 I actually started Shaun T’s insanity program this week. I hope it works now that I am eating clean and right.

MrsMarcrum, wow sounds like you are already doing quite a bit! I like this topic as I work full time have a 9 year old granddaughter I am raising and my husband is only home on the weekends, so I am looking for some ideas that I can fit into my life. Keep up the good work!

I do weightlifting to help tone up. you can do resistance train at home. band exercise are a good one to try at home. cardio will help you lose weight and weightlifting / resistance training will tone up your muscles keeping your body not just thin but fit.

Hi, MrsMarcrum1513. Your workouts sound excellent. Another option is to take advantage of any time you have in front of the television not doing anything else, and even just walking in place to keep going. For additional ideas, we have a couple of online exercise guides, which you can get through Customer Service (use the “Contact Us” link below).

I want to tone up my body, what are some good workouts I can do? I’m a stay at home mom so I can’t really go out anywhere right now. I been doing 40 minutes of Pilates daily, and also do a 30 minute power walk every other day. Is this good enough with just watching what I eat? What are some other suggestions I can do here at home? I do not own any workout equipment . Thank you.
