 DaisyDew 12 years ago | Hi Sharon . . . At the top of the page, click on “Recipes”—then click on “Snacks”—then in the little “Search” box, type: “Turkey and Ricotta Meatballs with Curly Kale”. Actually, just “Turkey” will getcha there. Yummy sounding! After reading the recipe, I think I will try it today—just bought a big bunch of kale to make some kale pesto, but I will make my ‘snack’ with leftover chicken—‘almost’ the same thing. | sharonrj1 12 years ago | I made these meatballs today. The recipe is under “snacks”. I went into the menu planning to incorporate them into this weeks menus and I can’t see them anywhere. I have looked under poultry in all sections. Can anyone tell me where they would be located. Now that I’ve made them,they are amazingly delicious, I would like to be able to eat them. 🙂 My husband doesn’t like ricotta cheese and he thinks they are the best meatballs he has ever eaten. |
