Hi, Cdorian. As I mentioned to pamicb (below), we have a detailed online guide just for people like you! Use the ‘Contact Us’ link below to get in touch with them.
In the meantime, you can use the main Program Guide (from ‘My Downloads’ above to see principles of good food selection, and apply portion sizes according to your Menu Exchanges (click on ‘View Menu Exchanges’ to the right of your finished menu), and compare them to the exchanges in this list: https://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

My job requires that I travel every week, so I am eating all three meals in restaurants. Any advice is appreciated.

Hi, pamiecb. It’s never too early to make improvements, but you don’t have to try to be perfect at the beginning, just ease into the plan. If your lifestyle is heavy on travel, then I would suggest to see the online guide “Staying Strong When the Routine is Gone” – it goes into sound eating when away from home. Contact Customer Service (see the “Contact Us” link below) about getting the download.
