Hi, Clairethom. Everyone loses weight at a different rate, and slower is generally better – meaning more longterm and definitely healthier for most people. Since you are not very overweight, this may be a bit slower, perhaps a few months. Coffee with a little milk is great, and red wine at night is fine as well – do select it in the Menu Planner. It is under “fat,” because that’s how the body processes it.

Hi,
I just started yesterday so am only on day 2, and my menu health rating is 83%. just wondering how long it will take me to lose about 16 lbs and how much i can expect to lose in a week.  Am i allowed coffee with a little milk in the morning and a small glass of red wine each evening?  I would appreciate your advice. Thank you.
