Hi, gemstable, and welcome. Hopefully you will find that the distribution of meals can help you feel less hungry. Also, remember to include protein in each of your meals, to use high-fiber carbs, and drink plenty of fluids. It may take some time, but your body can adjust. If you have any specific questions in this area, please do post, and I will get back to you.

I am new to the programme so all advice is more than welcome. I work night shift and need to find a way to balance my meals. At work I eat at night but when not working I get really hungry..
