| | Hi everyone I just started this yesterday and had a few questions. I have been doing the old fashioned diet for 2 years now, 1200 calories and exercise 5 days a week and have lost 40lbs. I’m stuck there tho, so my husband found this page and I thought I would give it a try, I was also so sick of starving all the time. My only concern is I’m so used to restricting food that I might start gaining again eating all this food. I’m at 156 now and would like to be 130. Someone please boost my confidence that this will work. Thank You |
