The health team at the TDC suggests: β€œTo help you achieve your weight goals and maintain a healthier nutrition, at the end of the process your weekly menu will show a healthy level in the scale of 1 – 100. Please do your best to choose foods healthy enough to reach a weekly menu with a health level of at least 80%.”

I am new to the Trim Down Club and I have a 80% rate on my menu planner, was wondering what should the % be?? what is good??
