| Ossie-Sharon 13 years ago | You will find this in health food and health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes. Organic milk is fine. |
| Jacqueline 13 years ago | There aresome types of foods mentioned on the food list with which I am not familiar. They are adzuki beans, tempeh, seitan. I don’t believe my grocery store carries many ot the things needed to bake, such as rice flour, aand the other unusual flours listed in some of the recipes. I can get organic milk at my store but I don’t believe they carry any raw milk, raw cheese or raw cottage cheese. Any suggestions on where to get the non mainstream products? I am going to try this but it is not a normal way of eating. I wonder what the maintainance plan looks like. Thanks, Jacqueline |
