I would have great difficulty finding the time to fit all this food into may day. I almost feel defeated before I even start

Hi, klgreenan. If you also go to bed late at night, you can just shift your schedule forward a few hours so you don’t miss any meals.

I understand…Especially if you go to bed late or working in night shifts – stuff like that…Whatever said and done, one should never miss the morning breakfast/brunch

I am a late riser and are having problems fitting in the morning and afternoon snacks. Any advice on to handle this?

Hi Mcgish, It is a lot of food, isn’t it? The menu planners can be used in other ways than as a prescription. I use them as a guide, for their teachings about how to combine foods for maximum health and weight loss; for their great recipes; for information about how to exchange foods; serving sizes and much more. All the best, GoingForIt

Just started today, and I can’t possibly eat all the food “prescribed” by my menu planner…I’m feeling nauseous just thinking about dinner.
