| | Hi, Dee. Most protein powders are rather processed, so we’re not crazy about them. There is a product called “Raw” from “Garden of Life” that is OK, but in general, whole foods are better sources of everything. Alongside cereal, milk or yogurt are the traditional protein sources, but also nuts or cheese can be great. |
| | Thanks for this info. if I were going to eat a carb like cereal what would you recommend as a protein? What are your thoughts of protein powders? Thanks! Dee444 |
| | Hi, jandktravis. Yes, we do recommend to eat protein and carbs at each meal. The ratio in this program is generally 1 gram protein to 3 grams carbohydrates. |
| | I guess I missed this. What is ratio between proteins and carbs. Do I eat protein and carbs at every meal? jandktravis |
