| | So, what is the basic concept of TDC? I’ve seen patterns and trends within meals and snacks, ( proteins, good fats, etc…) So, is it “overall” nutrition, or MUST you pair, or EAT combinations or types of foods in Oder to get results? I hope I’ve made my question clear enough! |
