Wow…have to say I am excited today. Went out for breakfast and was able to eat 1/4th of my egg white omelet. This program is really making a impression on me. I am hoping I will see a difference on the scale when I weigh in tomorrow am. Wish all of you the best and mostly success.

Hi bonitag. Thanks for the tip about Amazon. I will check it out. I really spent time, this am, going over the program. I really feel more confident. Take care

Just started a few days ago myself! Feeling great about the food choices! I’ve found a lot of whole foods on amazon. So far I’ve felt great! Portion control is my biggest problem, but it seems to be getting easier with the frequency. The video sold me! I was expecting to have her stop and ask for money before she finished! Awesome!!

Hi fotogal and Lois. I am doing my best to understand the program and how it works. Am ridding my home of all the temptations. I am concentrating on incorporating foods that will be nourishing and filling. I just don’t want my whole day to be consumed with thinking about food. This is going to take time, but I am still committed to making this work. I hope you are having a good day.

OMG…I can identify with that. Sugar is my main nemesis. I can only have it in a controlled situation. If I serve dessert, I make sure doggy bags are sent home with guests. I do not allow any sugar to be where I can get to it. One bite, and I am on a binge. I just had people over for cards…they took home the trail mix, etc. That is the only way I can be in control. Hope that helps.

I just started today too. I’m somewhat confused but that will pass. My greatest worry is giving up sugar. It is even hard for me to write about giving up sugar. I’m so addicted to sugar and all types of deserts that the thoughts of giving them up really scares me! Any suggestions?

Hi Irishlassie and welcome. I’m fairly new (1 month) and it was a lot to take in at first. I have gone back and read a lot of the information 2 and 3 times now. And it is getting easier, so just take your time getting used to the whole concept. Good luck!

Just started today. I am excited, but apprehensive. I need to take small steps, and not feel
overwhelmed. My attempts at weight loss have not been very successful. For some reason, the adds for
this program reached me. I feel this program could work for me.
