 Ebethanne12 12 years ago | Hi! If you go to Beachbody.com, click on “supplements” and then on “shakeology” it will explain exactly what it is. It is an energizing meal replacement, althought I’ve learned here it is a snack, that has vitamins and minerals and protein that you would have to eat tons of fruits and vegetables to get the same amount of nutrients in your body. You can buy it on ebay but I would buy it from Beachbody. It is pricey but not if used as a snack a every few days! It is filling and I feel good knowing I put something good in my body. I like to put a banana in the shake with ice! I can make it and take it with me to drink in the car which is great! |

We generally don’t recommend replacing meals, but if you really like it and are used to it, you can certainly use it to replace a snack. If you are taking any medications, I would suggest consulting with your healthcare provider, as some of the herbs may be an issue. |
