Ossie-Sharon 12 years ago | Hi, filfil, and welcome. Missing a snack here and there is not a problem, especially in at night if you are not hungry – IF you are not a diabetic, of course, and IF is doesn’t result night eating. Skipping protein can be less advantageous – we generally recommend not eating carbohydrates by themselves, though a piece of whole fruit here and there isn’t too big a deal. Above all, if your body is responding positively, and some flexibility means it is all comfortable for you, then go for it. |
filfil 12 years ago | Hi, I am quite new to the plan. I finally understood the exchanges and the program. However, I still have a few questions, please. If I understood correctly, what you eat and when is all about putting your body in “fat-burning mode”. But, what if I don’t have time one morning for my snack #1, or I am not hungry in the evening for my snack #3? Is this a problem to skip one of the 6 meals? And my second question is: what if I skip the fat or protein ingredient at one of the meal? Is this a problem? I can see some results already, so I am glad and I will continue. Many thanks Filfil |
