Well done to YOU, not the scale although it is a great feeling when they swing the right way. 🙂

Congratulations!!! That is wonderful. I read somewhere about a woman standing on the scale with a gun pointed at the scale and the scale said,”Don’t shoot the messenger!!” I’m so very proud of you. I hope we can be friends!

It is hard to face the scale. It has always been my enemy; all my life. I hate it. Just when I need it to encourage me, it will let me down. I feel frustrated when I have not lost weight or worse, when I have gained. It is all the scale’s fault! When I am discouraged or frustrated, I head for the kitchen. But then, that’s my problem, isn’t it? Yes. I have to admit that I know the truth.

I have now been on the Trim Down Program for 4 months. My goal has been to lose 5 lbs. a month, with at least 50 lbs. lost over the next year. This morning, for some reason, the voice in my head said, weigh yourself. I usually don’t listen to that voice, but my clothes have been fitting different. Ok. I will weight. Gasp! Down 5 more lbs in the last month.

YAYYYYYYYY

Thank you Trim Down Club.

I am not suffering. I am not starving. I am eating good foods, natural foods. I am not perfect, but I have been able to do this. I can do this for the rest of my life.

Thank you scale.
