 Ossie-Sharon 12 years ago | Hi, Deborah. Yes – just use SWG corn tortillas, and harden them according to your own recipe, or as follows:
Wrap the tortillas in a slightly damp cloth or paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to steam them. Then coat both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray and drape each over two bars of your oven rack and bake at 375°F/190°C until crispy, which should be 7-10 minutes. |
