Hi Jan

When you create your menu you can ask for gluten free in the planner and if you don’t tick pulses when you are choosing the foods you like they shouldn’t come up. If you were asking for specific recommendations for things like breakfast meals, I used the cooked millet option and similar gluten free grains which I make into porridge. I also ticked cooked porridge even though it was made with oats which I can’t have because I was having difficulty getting enough choice into the breakfast section, I just substitute what I can eat.

Cannot eat gluten,and dried pulses are a problem.
Grateful for any suggestions from the menu planner.
