![]() | Hi, radijegg. Tonalin is a particular type of manufactured CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). CLA is a “good” omega-6 steadily gaining credit for health benefits as part of a balanced diet. CLA has been suggested in studies to reduce body fat and risk of cardiovascular diseases and cancer, lessen inflammatory responses, and support normal bone mass. While CLA is scarce in non-animal products (richest known source is beef from grass-fed cows), it has been found in small amounts in safflower oil, smaller amounts in coconut oil. |
![]() | I have read a little about this substance and it is in some diet foods that I intend to start using soon. What do you know about it? |
