![]() | I find that in the morning, I seem to be eating most of the time. Would a shake for breakfast being – 1/2 banana, 1/4 cup frozen blueberry, 1/2 cupu balkan style yogurt (6%mf, 3g sugar) and tart cherry juice, with 1/4 tsp of spirulina and 1/4 tsp Vit c. Then for snack, 2swg bread with almond butter and grapes. Does this sound okay? It seems to work, in that I can drink the shake while getting ready in the early morning, then for snack (10:30am) I have more time for the toast,etc. |
