Hi, ldsuave. Choosing more plant-based/vegetarian items over animal-based tends to raise the score. This is assuming unprocessed foods, of course.

I’ve copied 2 menus for which I alternated items to raise the value for better choices.

92% Sept 3-13
Monday
Breakfast • 2 slices of Homemade SWG Bread
• 4 ounces of Avocado
• 1 cup of Coconut Water
Snack #1 • 3 cups of Popcorn, Unflavored, Organic
• 1 ounce of String or Block Cheese, Low-Fat
• 1 Apple
Lunch • 1 cup of Shrimp & Vegetable Stir-Fry
• 1 cup of Garbanzo Beans
• 1 serving of Vegetables of Your Choice

Snack #2 • 2 servings of Butternut Muffins
• 1 serving of Vegetables of Your Choice
• 6 ounces of Low-Fat Yogurt, 2%
Dinner • 1 serving of Beans & Greens SWG Enchiladas
• 2 ounces of Pork Tenderloin, lean
• 1 serving of Vegetables of Your Choice

Snack #3 • 1/2 ounce of Almonds
95% April 13-13
Breakfast • 1/2 cup of Chockfull O’ Granola
• 1/2 ounce of Chia Seeds
Snack #1 • 1 slice of SWG Bread
• 2 ounces of Quorn
• 1/4 cup of Dried Currant
Lunch • 1/2 cup of Shiitake Chicken Ensemble
• 1/2 cup of Great Northern Beans
• 1 cup of Tomato-Stewed Okra & Carrots
• 1/2 ounce of Almonds
Snack #2 • 1 slice of Nuts About Sweet Potato Pudding

Dinner • 1/2 cup of Butternut Mung Bean Soup
• 3/4 cup of Chicken Peanut Pad Thai
• 1 serving of Vegetable Salad with Dressing

Snack #3 • 1 ounce of Cheese, Vegan

Hi, ldsuave. Sorry, I’m not sure I follow what you are seeing. Can you give an example or two?

The menu selections seem to have been lowered in percentage of diet content. Previously I was able to choose alternates to raise them to higher percentage, 94,95 compared to recent 91, 92 percentiles.
Do I need to change options in food content or is the menu changing to higher counts of food contents?
