Hi, Sheena383, and welcome. The Menu Planner lists a wide variety of snack options – all of those in the Protein section would be a good swap out.

I am new to the programme and a little phased that nuts appear so frequently I can eat these if finely ground and I know they arrive nutritious but sorry they are otherwise my least favourite food group Any ideas what I can substitute especially as snacks. Thanks
