Hi, AnnMarie1963. This program is based in large part on principles of sound nutrition in menopause. Just focus on the foods that are in the lighest blue, and that will contribute a lot – the rest the Menu Planner (automatic) generator does for you. As far as oils go, extra-virgin olive oil would be considered the best for you.
