![]() | presumably it stands for Sprouted Wholegrain Flour, did you buy any from the link above? My question is where can I buy the bread itself from, as I don’t really want to make it. Although I could bake a batch and freeze them I suppose? |

![]() | I was wondering the same thing! I also don’t know what ‘brick’ and ‘block’ cheese are! There are quite a few ingredients that we are not familiar with here in England I find. |
