![]() | Hi I am a newbie here, though I entered this club believing what I think what it is saying is true and scientific but can somebody please help me understand how it works. I mean what is the scientific explanation why if we choose balanced ratio of carbs and proteins body will shift to fat burning mode no matter if we eat high cards as long as it is a balanced with the right amount of protein. Is there a formula or ratio of this carbs versus protein intakes? Thanks |
