Thank you so much!

Hi, elilis408, and welcome. Sorghum is excellent.
Truvia is a processed version of Stevia, and so is not recommended. Natural Stevia, i.e. Sweet Leaf is preferable. If the aftertaste is too much, we suggest to try monk fruit sweetener.
Regarding agave, it is very high in fructose, which can work against your efforts here – same with honey or maple syrup as sweeteners. A preferable natural sweetener is coconut sugar (no coconut taste).
Another excellent natural sweetener is xylitol, which has no aftertaste.

I just started on Monday. So far so good! Today, I had a flax cereal that lists Whole Sorghum Flour as the first ingredient. I know I read about acceptable flours but can’t find them now. Is this one of them? And also, are Truvia and Agave acceptable sweeteners for tea? Thanks!
