Hi, Salmassi. You are correct. Yogurts do not need to be low-fat, but note that a serving of full-fat Greek yogurt is equal to 2 regular yogurts (except in terms of calcium) – but you get the special benefits.

Am I new to this eating plan. Am I correct in thinking that it is alright to have normal Greek Yoghurt and normal plain yoghurt or does it have to be low fat?
