Hi, Fakhirakhan. Exercise is the best way to boost metabolism – not only while you are exercising, but it increases even your resting metabolism.
Getting a good dietary composition of proteins related to carbohydrates, as we have in the program. Good fats such as olive oil are also important.
As for constipation, it depends on how long you have had it. When did it start?
