Hi, HHStrand. The Club program is based on very gradual but long-lasting weight loss. If you are used to stricter and faster “diets,” the slower speed may be confusing at first, and your body is likely adjusting to getting adequate nutrition again – your metabolism needs time to bounce back. Exercise can help speed this process up.

I started Trimdownclub on Monday and today is Wednesday. Have not lost any weight yet. I need some encouragement.
