![]() | Hi, smoshos. The menus are basically 45% from carbs, 25% protein, and 30% fat. If you can list your gender, height, weight, and weight goal (i.e. loss or maintenance), I can give you a more precise pattern with which you can build a menu. |

My menus from the planner combined strange things. In other words I need to know what % of each meal should be protein, low carb, starch, fat, etc. |
