Hi, Joers. Ingredients recommended in this plan that might be considered new and/or unusual are generally found in health-oriented stores, including large chains such as Whole Foods Market and Trader Joe’s.
To which abbreviations are you referring? The most common is SWG, which stands for sprouted whole grain.
You also have the option of building a menu with foods that are familiar to you, and as inastrvl suggested, gradually introducing new foods.

What are your problem ingredients? This program takes time and patience. Use your computer to look up some of those items.

I am a new member. I don’t know what a lot of these foods and ingredients are, or where to purchase them.
I don’t know what some of the food and ingredients that are abbreviated are either.
I am a little frustrated because I do not have the time to search for this information.
I welcome any help with this.
