![]() | Hi, I’m new to the program and just getting my feet wet. I travel for work — a couple of days at a time. I was thinking about making a couple types of your muffin recipes and take them along for snacks/breakfast etc. Is it a problem to eat pretty much the same thing for snacks/breakfast for days at a time? |
