![]() | It does seem like a lot of food but one of the things my doctor always tell me is that I do not eat enough, often enough which causes my body to go into starvation mode and therefore store fat. This is also noted in the introduction to this program. |
![]() | I also feel like it is too much food. I could not eat my entire lunch today, it had 5 different foods. Since I turned 50 a few years ago I cannot get the scale to budge no matter what I eat, even though I am very active. When I mentioned it to my Dr, he said just eat less. . Eating 6 times a day can be a real challenge plus I feel like this will cause me to gain weight. I have only been following the plan for four days, hope this will work |

![]() | There is just too much eating thru out the day. I’m hoping for quick results by eating the lunch and dinner menu. Any one else finding results this way? |
