![]() | Hi, campagnia, KristalFire, and JustJanet. Since the Trim Down Club is a lifelong eating pattern and not the usual diet, there is more food here than you are probably used to seeing in these programs. |
![]() | Wow, Rodi. That does sound odd, and most uncharacteristic of the program (most people note “too much” food). Are all of your days like that? |
![]() | I am not sure if I am doing this right, but my breakfast was a slice of bread and omelet. the omelet called for one egg and that would make 2 servings. so I was suppose to eat a slice of bread and half an egg? that sounds like a starvation diet to me. Oh then lunch have the potato dish that calls for 1 lb. of potatoes and makes 8 servings so it was literary 2 spoons of potato. please help I will be starving |
![]() | Hey JustJanet and KristalFire I’m happy to see I’m not alone. I hope that one on the site leaders will answer this question. The only diet I was ever on that you would eat that much food and loose weight was an all protean and water diet. And you did loose an easy 10 + in 14 days but you then need to maintain it which was not easy. |
![]() | I’m like KristalFire and Campagnia I can’t eat that much food. 1/2 cup Oatmeal and fruit at breakfast all I can eat, lunch is way too much. Will I still lose weight if I cut out something? |
![]() | I’m so glad to see someone ask this question! haha. I am new to the club also, and I was thinking the same thing. That is A LOT of food. I was thinking maybe you’d choose one of the items from each meal, but I don’t know. It looks like you’re supposed to eat it all. If anyone can shed some light, we’d both appreciate it. 🙂 KristalFire |
![]() | Hi I’m new to the club. I just finished setting up my menu planner and generated my first 7 day meal plane. Is it necessary to eat all that food? I don’t know that I can eat that much especially with the snacks. I understand the reasons for the snacks. Can I eat less at my meals and still have the diet work? |
