Hi, rvonbz. Select up to 6 options from each of the nutrient groups (fats, proteins, carbohydrates) – you can always go back and change the choices each week for variety, if you wish. The foods in the plan are those listed in the Menu Planner. If you feel something is missing, please do post it here, and we’ll look into it.

I am confused. In each catagory Breakfast, Lunch, etc. there are several options to chose from. Am I to select just one or all? Also I would like a listing of all foods and condiments accepted on your plan
