![]() | I am 63,5’3″,when I started 2 weeks ago I was 178 now I am down 163 my goal 130 pounds. The choices I picked from the menu mostly was what I was familiar with in which was 85% and also 2 other alternatives which was rated 93% and 95% healthy. I do have to watch also protein due to kidney stones. I was told by my urologist only 2 servings of protein(i.e.meat and beans) twice a day not. I just followed the menu that was giving from the healthy alternative |
![]() | Hi, Ohno. That isn’t really the spirit of the Menu Planner, which ideally would provide more variety. What other proteins (i.e. meats or substitutes) did you select? Did you select a lot of fats? What is your age, height, weight, and weight goal? |
